Here are the files that we accept.



ai / pdf / eps / psd / jpg or tiff (must be at least 300dpi)

However, the Manuscript Microsoft Office (Word ? Excel ? Powerpoint) and other data created in either of the following must be converted to Illustrator, You may take the charge of creating the design data.

Colour Mode

CMYK

If the colour specified the to use (PMS / PANTONE) , we will subject additional charges.

We only follow and use the data produced by the customers and if not supplied the correct colour specifications, it may cause some errors on the finish product.

Image resolution

300dpi or higher

Images that are created for the website, are more generally 72dpi resolution. Lower than what is required. If the supplied artwork is a low resolution data, the production of the text or outline of the picture will be blurred, jagged and rough in finish.

The letter outlined

Adobe Illustrator → character menu (Type) Create outlines (Create Outlines)

You may create outlines for your artwork if the font is not on our system. Hence if not supplied the needed fonts, it can be converted to different font, and will not be similar to your image.

Finish Line

Above is how to check if there's an error in the transparency of the images with special effects (ie shadow effects, colour gradations etc).

If there's an error, it can possibly affect the quality of the printed image on stickers.

Some images may contain vector graphics. Be sure to fix firmly (embed) the artwork for us to use. Other images that has shadow effects or has blur effect (ie colour gradations etc) can cause problems to some part of the image once printed. That is why in creating data, rasterization is required.
